Return Policy
We hope yinz love your gear, but we know things happen. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. If it has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, we cannot accept the return.
Who pays for return shipping? Yinzergear does not charge a restocking fee or a return fee. For normal returns, customers are responsible for buying and paying for their own return postage. If the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or mislabeled, contact us right away and we’ll make it right at no charge.
Damaged, defective, misprinted, or mislabeled item? Email sales@yinzergear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We may ask for photos so we can file a claim with our carrier or print partner. We’ll send a corrected item or issue a refund.
