Return Policy

We hope yinz love your gear so much that you come back for more, but we know things happen. We want you to be happy with your order, and we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand new, unworn condition. If it’s been washed, worn, or damaged after delivery, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Damaged or defective item? Let us know right away. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no charge. We may ask for photos—not because we don’t believe you, but so we can file a claim with our carrier.

Who pays for return shipping? Unless the item is damaged or misprinted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Think we goofed? If you received the wrong item or it was mislabeled, email sales@yinzergear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a corrected item or issue a refund, no hassle.
