Returns

While we hope that you love your order so much that you come back and order 10 more items, but we know that things can happen. We want you you be happy, so we will work with you if you have an issue and accept orders up to 30 days after your purchase.

The item has to be in brand new condition and the return will be rejected if it has been worn or damaged. If it arrives damaged please let us know immediately and we will get it replaced at no charge.

We may ask for photo evidence but this is not because we don't believe you. This will help us on our side with insurance.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at sales@yinzergear.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
