What is Yinzergear?
Yinzergear is a Pittsburgh shirt and gift shop built around local sayings, black and gold fan culture, Pittsburghese, neighborhood pride, pierogies, parking chairs, and the kind of jokes that make sense if you grew up around the Burgh.
What do you sell?
We sell Pittsburgh t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, mugs, hats, kids gear, and gifts. Popular places to start are Pittsburgh Shirts, Pittsburgh Gifts, Pittsburghese Gear, and Best Sellers.
Are the designs official team merchandise?
No. Yinzergear is an independent Pittsburgh shop. Our designs are made for local fans, Pittsburgh families, and people who still talk like they are standing in line at Giant Eagle. If a product is officially licensed, the product page will say so.
Where should I start if I need a gift?
For year-round gifts, start with Pittsburgh Gifts. For dad gifts, grandma gifts, mugs, and black and gold favorites, use the shop menu at the top of the page. Seasonal collections like Christmas and St. Patrick's Day stay separate so the main gift pages do not feel like the wrong time of year.
Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Many Yinzergear items are made after you order. Production usually takes 4 to 11 business days. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 1 to 7 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.
Do you ship outside Pittsburgh?
Yes. Yinzergear ships to yinzers, former yinzers, and Pittsburgh fans across the United States. You do not have to live in Pittsburgh to order.
Why did my items ship separately?
Some products are made or packed separately. If your order has more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us as soon as you catch it. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will work with you on the next step.
Returns, exchanges, and order problems
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size or color?
Most items are made to order, so we usually cannot take returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking looks stuck or the package appears lost, contact us. Claims for lost packages should be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Discounts and fulfillment
Do you offer discounts?
New customers can use code YINZER10 for 10% off a first order when the code is active at checkout.
Where are orders fulfilled?
Yinzergear is Pittsburgh-first in voice and design. Some orders are produced and shipped through fulfillment partners, so the return address on a package may not be in Pittsburgh.
